VertexStealth Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VertexStealth, including the desktop application, its browser-profile tools and the account service behind it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the End User License Agreement ("EULA") and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.

2. What the Service is

VertexStealth lets you create and launch separate browser profiles, each with its own configuration (for example fingerprint values, language, time zone, screen size, proxy and stored browser data), so that different browsing identities stay separate from one another. It is a privacy and multi-account management tool. It runs on your own computer. We do not browse on your behalf and we do not see the websites you visit or the data stored in your browser profiles.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person and one account per device. To enforce the free trial and to enforce bans, the first account that signs in on a device is bound to that device using a hashed device identifier (see the Privacy Policy). Creating additional accounts to obtain another trial, or to avoid a suspension or ban, is not permitted.
  • Tell us promptly at support@vertexstealth.top if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
  • We may refuse registration or remove accounts that are fraudulent, duplicate or in breach of these Terms.

4. Plans, free trial and fees

Free trial. Each account (and each device) is eligible for one free trial of 3 days, with up to 3 browser profiles at a time. The trial ends automatically, cannot be restarted or extended, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse. A trial account can only be used on the device it was first used on.

After the trial. When the trial ends you need a paid plan to keep using your browser profiles. Your profiles are not deleted: they are locked and become usable again as soon as a paid plan is active. We may adjust plan limits and features from time to time; where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will give notice under section 11.

Paid plans. Paid plans remove the free-plan limits and are offered on these terms:

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which are added at checkout where required.

Payment methods. We accept payment by credit or debit card, by PayPal, and by cryptocurrency through Binance Pay. Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select.

Renewal. Card and PayPal subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Cryptocurrency payments are one-off payments for a single billing period and do not renew automatically; we will remind you before your access expires so you can pay again. Cryptocurrency payments are priced in US dollars and converted at the rate shown at checkout; network and exchange fees are your responsibility, and you must send the exact amount requested.

Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your payment provider's subscription settings or by emailing support@vertexstealth.top. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid access until then and are not charged again.

Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods by giving at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

Refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that purchase by emailing support@vertexstealth.top, provided the Service has not been used in breach of these Terms. After that, fees are non-refundable, including for partly used billing periods and for accounts suspended or terminated for breach. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; for cryptocurrency, a refund is made in the same cryptocurrency or its US-dollar equivalent at the time of the refund, less network fees. Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Failed payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend paid features until the amount is settled.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

  1. commit or facilitate fraud, identity theft, account takeover, credential stuffing, carding, money laundering, or evasion of sanctions;
  2. send spam, or run automated activity that breaches the law or causes harm to others, or harass, threaten or defraud any person;
  3. access any system, account or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the security or availability of any service;
  4. create, store, view or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or endangers minors, or other content that is illegal;
  5. infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy or other right of a third party;
  6. resell, sublicense, share or transfer your account or access, or use the Service to build a competing product;
  7. probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer or tamper with our servers, licensing, trial, plan, device-binding or ban systems.

Third-party websites. Many websites restrict having multiple accounts or using privacy tools. Whether you operate several accounts on a given site, and whether doing so breaches that site's terms, is your decision and your responsibility. We are not responsible for any restriction, suspension or ban a third party applies to you.

6. No guarantee of anonymity or of avoiding detection

Detection and fingerprinting techniques change continuously. VertexStealth reduces tracking and keeps browser profiles separate, but we do not promise that you will be anonymous, undetectable, or free from bans or restrictions on any website, or that any particular third-party testing site will show any particular result. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your data and content

Your browser profiles, cookies, saved logins, proxy details and similar data are stored on your own device. You are responsible for backing them up, for securing your device, and for the lawfulness of what you do with them. We do not claim ownership of your data. You give us only the limited permission needed to operate your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for any proxy or third-party service you connect to the Service, including its terms, cost and legality.

8. Suspension and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account, and may block the device bound to it, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or the law, abused the free trial, put the Service or other people at risk, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable and lawful we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond, but we may act immediately in serious cases.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@vertexstealth.top. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should continue (including sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14) survive termination.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and trademarks, belongs to Vertex Tech Solutions and its licensors and is licensed to you, not sold, under the EULA. You may not use our name or logo without written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions we may use them without restriction or payment.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL AVOID DETECTION, RESTRICTIONS OR BANS BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is required sooner by law or to protect the Service. If you do not agree to the updated Terms you may stop using the Service and cancel before they take effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them. The app may ask you to confirm the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERTEX TECH SOLUTIONS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, ACCOUNTS, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RESTRICTION OR BAN IMPOSED BY A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) US$50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Vertex Tech Solutions against third-party claims, and related losses, damages and reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your activity on third-party websites and services, except to the extent caused by us.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Vertex Tech Solutions is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, each party will first try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally: send us a written description of the dispute at support@vertexstealth.top and allow 30 days for a resolution. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have to bring a claim in the courts of your home country, the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not resolved informally.

15. General

These Terms, the EULA and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and replace any earlier agreement on that subject. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to you may be sent to your account email, and notices to us to support@vertexstealth.top.
