Partner Program Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms are between Vertex Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”) and you (“Partner”) and apply to the VertexStealth Partner Program. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, EULA and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining the program

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications manually and may approve or decline any application, or remove a Partner later, at our discretion. You may hold only one partner account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your link and code

If we approve your application, you receive a personal referral link and code. They are for your use only and may not be sold, transferred or shared with other people to promote on your behalf unless we agree in writing.

3. Attribution

A new customer is credited to you if they create a VertexStealth account within 30 days of using your link or entering your code. If a person used more than one partner’s link or code, the most recent one before account creation is credited. We decide attribution using our own records, and our decision is final. Technical limits such as blocked cookies or clearing browser data may mean some referrals cannot be attributed.

4. Commission

You earn 20% of the first payment received from each referred customer who upgrades to a paid plan, calculated on the price actually paid excluding taxes. Commission is paid once per referred customer. Renewals, later purchases, free plans and trials do not earn commission. We may change plan prices at any time, and commission follows the price paid.

5. Eligible and ineligible referrals

The following do not earn commission: purchases by you, your family or household members, your employer, or any account you control; test or fraudulent purchases; payments that are refunded, reversed or charged back; accounts created through deceptive, incentivized or prohibited promotion; and anyone who was already a VertexStealth customer before using your link.

6. Review period and approval

Each commission is pending for 14 days after the referred customer’s payment. If the payment is not refunded, reversed or disputed in that time and the referral is eligible, the commission becomes approved. If it is refunded, reversed or disputed at any time before payout, the commission is cancelled, and if it was already paid we may deduct it from future payouts.

7. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly once your approved balance reaches $50 (in USD). Lower balances roll over. We pay using the methods available in your partner portal, and you must give us correct payout details. You are responsible for payout fees charged by your payment provider, currency conversion costs, and all taxes on your earnings. We may withhold payment where we need to verify identity, comply with law, or investigate suspected breaches, and we cannot pay in locations where we are not legally or practically able to.

8. How you may promote

You may promote VertexStealth on your own channels, such as websites, videos, social media, newsletters and communities, if you follow these terms and the rules of each platform. When you promote you must:

• clearly disclose that you earn commission on referrals, in line with the advertising and endorsement rules that apply to you;
• describe VertexStealth accurately as a browser profile manager with fingerprint and proxy controls;
• not claim or imply that VertexStealth guarantees anonymity, undetectability, or protection from account restrictions or bans;
• not promise income, discounts or results that we have not approved;
• not promote or suggest use of VertexStealth for unlawful activity or to break the terms of other services.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; post fake or misleading reviews or testimonials; impersonate us or imply we endorse you; bid on VertexStealth or related brand terms in paid search, register look-alike or misspelled domains or social handles, or hide, cloak or redirect your link to disguise its source; use malware, forced clicks, click farms, bots or other artificial means to generate visits or sign-ups; use incentives to buy sign-ups unless we approve in writing; or use your link on content that is illegal, hateful, adult, deceptive or that infringes others’ rights.

10. Brand use

We may give you logos, images and guidelines. You may use them only to promote VertexStealth and without changing them. You gain no ownership of our names, logos or other intellectual property, and we can withdraw permission at any time.

11. Data and privacy

We record visits, sign-ups and purchases connected to your link and code so we can attribute referrals and pay commission. You must not collect personal data from people through our program, and you must handle any data you hold about your own audience in line with applicable law. We process your own details as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Independent relationship

You are an independent promoter. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your own costs and taxes.

13. Suspension and termination

You can leave the program at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, including immediately if we believe you breached these terms or the law. After termination you must stop using your link, code and brand assets. We will pay eligible approved commissions earned before termination, except those connected to a breach, which we may cancel.

14. Changes

We may change the program, the commission rate, the attribution window, the payout rules or these terms. We will tell you by email or in your partner portal. Changes apply to referrals made after the change; if you keep promoting after the change you accept it.

15. No guarantees and liability

We do not promise any level of earnings, traffic or sales, or that the program or portal will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commissions we owe you at the time of the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. General

These terms, together with our Terms of Service, are the whole agreement for the program, and the governing law and dispute terms in our Terms of Service apply. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions? Email techinfo.vertex@gmail.com.
