Acceptable use and responsible use
VertexStealth may be used only for lawful purposes. Separate browser profiles are intended for work such as QA, marketing, research and development; fraud, account takeover, spam and unauthorised access are prohibited.
What can I use VertexStealth for?
- QA and web testing: check a site as a fresh visitor, a signed-in user or from another region
- Digital marketing: keep client or campaign sessions organised and separate
- Research and analysis: use dedicated sessions with their own proxy
- Developer workflows: inspect what a browser reports in a controlled environment
See the use cases page for examples.
What is not allowed?
Under the Terms of Service you must not use VertexStealth to:
- commit or facilitate fraud, identity theft, account takeover, credential stuffing, carding, money laundering or sanctions evasion
- send spam or run automated activity that breaks the law or harms others, or harass, threaten or defraud anyone
- access any system, account or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with a service
- create, store or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors, or other illegal content
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of third parties
- resell, share or transfer your account, or build a competing product
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or tamper with our servers, licensing, trial, device-binding or ban systems
What about the rules of other websites?
Many websites restrict having several accounts or using privacy tools. Whether you run several accounts on a given site, and whether that breaches its terms, is your decision and your responsibility. We are not responsible for any restriction or ban a third party applies to you.
Does VertexStealth guarantee anonymity?
No. VertexStealth keeps browser profiles separate and lets you configure supported settings, but we do not promise that you will be anonymous, undetectable or free from bans on any website. Detection techniques keep changing.
What happens if the rules are broken?
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account and block the device bound to it. One account per person and per device applies, and creating extra accounts to get another trial or avoid a ban is not permitted. To report abuse, write to support@vertexstealth.top.
